SANTA ELENA

 

-           Hotel : Panaima. 90 Reais.

-           Transportation :

-          Bus Santa Elena, Ciudad Bolivar, night, 11 h, 100 BSF. Miscellaneous. 7:00 p.m. departure.

-          Taxi-Santa Elena Border: 50 BSF.

-          Terminal Taxi: 15 BSF.

-           Views :

-          Gran Sabana Tour (waterfalls): 240 BSF. If several people are cheaper to hire a taxi.

-           Trekking Roraima (we did) from 1000-1500 taking load BSF, BSF 2400 with everything. Depends on the number people. Several companies: MysticToursAlvarez, Backpackers tours. Tours of 6 days. Alvarez is one that offers better prices.

CIUDAD BOLIVAR

 

-           Hotel : Connection Tours. With kitchen, laundry. Shared bathroom. 2 nights including Canaima tour if you hire them. But, 50 BSF.

-           Transportation :

-          Urban Bus: 2.50 BSF.

-          Terminal Taxi: 20 BSF.

-          Ciudad Bolivar- Mochima (road general): 80 BSF, 6 h. Many.

-           Views :

-          Plaza Bolivar with various museums for free.

-          Orinoco river viewpoint.

CANAIMA - ANGEL FALLS

 

-           Tour : Contract with Connection Tour. BSF 1750, 3 days - 2 nights. Includes plane flight round trip), 1.30 h.  1 night hotel Tepuy Wey, breakfast + lunch + dinner. 1 night in a hammock camp outside Angel falls, breakfast + lunch + dinner. Transportation by boat to jump (4 +3 h). Canaima Falls Lake + tour.

MOCHIMA

 

-           Hotel : 75 BSF. Shared bathroom, kitchen. Many.

-           Transportation :

-          Bathing beaches: 20 BSF.

-          Bus to cross road: 15 min. 10 BSF.

-          Minibus to Santa Fe: 15 min. 10 BSF.

-          Santa Fe- Port La Cruz: 30 min. by Bus

-          Port La Cruz - Maracay:  Bus 21 pm, night, 7:30h. 90 BSF.

CHORONI - PUERTO COLOMBIA

 

-           Hotel : private house. 60 BSF.

-           Transportation :

-          Maracay - Puerto Colombia: 20 BSF. Many. 2h.

-          Maracay - Valencia: 10 BSF. 1 h. Many.

-          Valencia - Coro: 70 BSF. 4h. Many.

-           Views :

-          Big beach (playa Grande).

-          Several beaches by boat (were not).

-           Food : on the road to Playa Grande.

CORO

-           Transportation :

-          Coro - Adicora: 1 h.

-          Vela de Coro - Coro: shared taxi. 5 BSF.

-          Coro - Medanos: bus  BSF  2.

-          Coro - Maracaibo: 70 BSF. 4 h. Many.

-          Maracaibo - Maicao (Colombia): shared taxi. 100 BSF. 3 h.
